Senior Software Engineer, 2019 - now
In 2019, I embarked on a cybersecurity adventure with Detectify, diving into the world of ethical hacking and web vulnerability detection.
- We rode the wave of a €21 million funding round, scaling our platform like never before. I was the architect behind our sleek new user interface, making vulnerability detection as intuitive as browsing social media.
- In 2020, I was instrumental in achieving ISO 27001 certification, a badge of honor in our field. I also contributed to launching Surface Monitoring, our digital watchdog that never sleeps.
- In 2021, I helped bring Detectify Crowdsource to life, turning our platform into a bustling marketplace of ethical hacker ingenuity. Over 300 zero-days were caught in our net, each a potential disaster averted.
- 2022 was all about growth. I redesigned the onboarding flow, accelerating subscriptions by 70% and expanding our user base by 40%. I also supercharged our Application Scanning, making it sharper and more scalable than ever.
- In 2023, I contributed to the launch of our Attack Surface Management solution, combining our existing tools into a comprehensive security platform.
Since joining Detectify in 2019, I've seen our platform grow to scan millions of assets daily, protecting organizations worldwide from cyber threats. Our ethical hacker network has expanded significantly, and we've consistently improved our ability to detect zero-day vulnerabilities before they can be exploited. Our platform now boasts a 99.7% accuracy rate and 100% payload-based testing, making us a leader in the External Attack Surface Management (EASM) space.

Team Lead (Consultancy), 2021 - 2022
My journey at AWTG UK from July 2021 to January 2022 was a whirlwind of innovation and leadership. As Team Lead, I dove headfirst into the world of smart cities and digital transformation.
- I orchestrated the development of healthcare solutions that felt like science fiction come to life. Our Intelligent Clinical Management Solutions brought remote monitoring and telemedicine to the forefront, aligning perfectly with the NHS's vision for the future.
- The crown jewel of my time at AWTG was the iRegen app. In just three months, we breathed new life into town centers, creating a digital marketplace that connected local businesses with their communities. It was like watching a small-town renaissance unfold through our screens.
- Our tech stack was a developer's dream - TypeScript, React, Redux, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Google Cloud Platform, PostgreSQL, and Docker. It was like being given the keys to a high-tech playground.
In the end, my time at AWTG was more than just a job. It was an immersive experience in leadership, a journey through the latest technologies, and an opportunity to make a tangible impact on urban living and healthcare. It was where I evolved from a coder into a visionary digital architect.

Senior Software Engineer, 2019
From January to October 2019, I took on an exciting role as a Senior Software Engineer at Chorus, a company dedicated to improving healthcare through e-health solutions since 2007.
- I spearheaded the mobile app development for the Health Innovation Platform (HIP), a project that brought together e-health development and business planning. Using React Native and Expo, I crafted a seamless mobile experience aimed at transforming healthcare delivery.
- One of my standout achievements was developing a healthcare search engine for the Stockholm Region. This project challenged me to create an intuitive and efficient tool using TypeScript, React, and Redux, capable of handling complex medical data.
- The pinnacle of my time at Chorus was leading the Doktor24 app project. Achieving high user ratings of 4.7/5 on the App Store and 4.8/5 on Google Play, this project showcased our team's dedication to quality and user satisfaction.
My time at Chorus was instrumental in advancing my career in healthcare technology. Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead, 2017 - 2019
I took on the role of Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead at Seavus, where I led projects that spanned telecom, banking, and IoT sectors.
- For Velcom, a major telecom provider, I led a team in developing a high-performance customer solvency check tool. Using customized Camunda BPMN, we significantly improved the speed and reliability of financial assessments, streamlining a critical business process.
- I directed the development of four banking solutions for Inpay, a global payment service provider. These projects enhanced payment processes and bolstered transaction security. Collaborating with external consultants, we delivered robust solutions that modernized Inpay's banking operations.
- For Triax, a leader in TV and data solutions, I developed an IoT setting system. This project featured a user-friendly interface with integrated real-time data visualization, making complex IoT data accessible and actionable for users.
Throughout these projects, I leveraged a diverse tech stack including React, Redux, Next.js, React Native, Node.js (Express), Google Cloud Platform, JavaScript, and TypeScript. This role allowed me to apply my technical skills across various domains while honing my leadership abilities.

Fresh out of Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, I began my career at IBM in November 2013. As a Software Engineer for the Global Logistics Portal (GLP), I dove headfirst into the world of enterprise software and global supply chains.
- I developed companion services that transformed GLP into a real-time logistics powerhouse, providing unparalleled visibility and control over global supply chains.
- I integrated core systems to ensure seamless data flow, streamlining operations and enabling data-driven decision-making across international borders.
- I enhanced features in IBM Planning Analytics, improving usability and empowering logistics planners with advanced forecasting tools.
